Public sector

Technology work for government and public entities

Digital services, software, systems and capability — with the documentation a procurement process actually needs.

What we do here

The same work we do everywhere: understand the problem, decide what should exist, build it properly, and hand over something the entity can maintain.

What changes in the public sector is the surrounding process. Documentation must be complete and current, submissions must meet their requirements exactly, and a supplier who cannot produce a document on request creates an audit problem for the person who appointed them. We treat that as part of the work rather than an administrative afterthought.

Company standing

[COMPLIANCE FACTS PENDING — registered name and number, tax compliance status, CSD supplier number, B-BBEE level and affidavit expiry, VAT status and registered address must each be verified against CIPC, SARS and the CSD and carry a verification date before this page is published. Nothing here is published on inference.]

How we engage

Whatever the instrument, the response is documented and dated.

  1. 01

    RFQ and RFP

Responses against the stated requirements, submitted complete and on time, with every supporting document current.

  2. 02

    Panels and frameworks

Standing capability where an entity needs technology work drawn down over time.

  3. 03

    Direct engagement

Within the thresholds and processes that apply to the entity.

  4. 04

    Capability building

Work structured so the entity's own people can run and extend the system afterwards.
