Who we are

[ENTITY DETAILS PENDING — registered name, registration number and registered address from CIPC.]

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you type into the conversation form, and only what changes how we respond to you:

  • Your name and email address, so we can reply.
  • Your organisation and phone number, if you provide them. Both are optional.
  • Your answers about what you are trying to accomplish, your timeline, and — optionally — a budget range.
  • How you found us, if you tell us.
  • The page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameter in the address.

We also keep ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to diagnose faults.

What we do not do

  • We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We load nothing from third-party origins on our pages, so no other company observes your visit through us.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.
  • We do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Why we may process it

Because you asked us to. Submitting the form is a request for us to contact you, and we process what you sent in order to do that. You are not required to give us anything, and the fields that are not needed for a reply are marked optional.

Where it is kept

On infrastructure hosted in South Africa. We chose local hosting partly for this reason. If that changes, this notice changes with it and the date below is updated.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Enquiries that become work are retained for as long as the relationship and our record-keeping obligations require, and no longer.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing, and complain to the Information Regulator.

To do any of those, write to us. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not make it difficult.
